My expertise includes the following: daily activity of benefit center operational standards, employee training, information system utilization, recruiting, management, interviewing, and implementation of human resources. What makes me unique is my experience as a Human Resources Recruiter/Staffing Manager has provided me with unique technical skills that I can apply to any job-related role. As a leader I am someone who inspires positive, incremental change by empowering those around me to work toward common objectives. My motto is a leader’s most powerful tool is communication. Communication is our personal marketing and branding tool. I believe it is one of the most important intangible assets we have as human beings.
