About Tonya Sprowl

As a subject matter expert on all of the HR/Payroll and ancillary products, I have partnered in writing Knowledge Base articles and worked on creating curriculum around as highly technical subjects as data imports and exports. The ability to network across the organization has created opportunities to collaborate on projects and quality improvement initiatives. To that end I have also earned a reputation for building professional and personal relationships with colleagues in various departments and I have been able to consult and coordinate with these groups to expedite matters. My prior role as a 2nd Level Technical Support Analyst allowed me to understand or master all aspects of the HR/Payroll product offerings. Along with the front-end product knowledge, especially Reporting and Benefits, came a clear understanding of payroll processes and back office functionality and a strong understanding of database structure and query language, working with SQL and Access databases. Due to my strong technical knowledge, I also served as a mentor to many new 2nd Level Analysts. During my career at ADP, I have shown leadership by example in product knowledge, work ethic and developing cross-functional relationships. Identifying challenges, recommending improvements and implementing them have been a strong point in virtually every position in my career. Adapting to the changing needs of the Company
