Hey — and thanks for stopping by! For the past 10 years, I’ve been working where people, communication, and creative problem-solving meet. My journey has taken me from specialist sales and leadership roles in retail, to building unforgettable experiences in the event industry, to leading operations and business development for growing teams. My core strengths lie in: Creating solutions and structure where others see chaos Building strong teams and great client relationships Developing ideas into actionable business strategies I currently lead operations at Fotobaren AS — helping take the company from post-COVID survival to scalable success — while managing partnerships, logistics, sales, and execution. Along the way, I've also led and mentored in various volunteer organizations, driven by a belief in meaningful work and solid teamwork. Academically, I hold a Master’s degree in education with a focus on social studies, mentorship, and life skills — as well as an Advanced Diploma in Leadership from Australia, which I’ve actively used in both professional and volunteer leadership roles. When I'm not working, I’m likely traveling, drinking way too much coffee, or doing both at the same time. Let’s connect!
