Through my entire career, I have been involved in strategy formulation, implementation and anchoring, just as innovation and product development have been essential elements. I lived in Belgium for three years and I have managed foreign subsidiaries, acquired and relocated companies abroad for many years; through these activities, I have gained tremendous international management experience with great respect for company and country culture. I am a motivating, “young” and positive leader, who creates results through my employees and I provide them with the opportunities to develop. One of my managerial strengths is that I have a positive and constructive dialog with all levels in an organisation.
