With over 20 years of experience in quality and QHSE management, I am passionate about ensuring the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environment across diverse industries and environments. As the Global Head of Quality / Director at Falck, I am responsible for leading and overseeing all quality-related activities, such as management system, audit management, business process management, non-conformity management, records management, management review, and continuous improvement. My background in organic chemistry and drilling fluid engineering gives me a solid foundation for understanding and addressing the technical and operational challenges and opportunities in the oil & gas and chemical industry, where I have worked for 18 years in various offshore and onshore roles. I have extensive experience as a lead auditor and lead investigator, as well as in risk management, emergency response management, and security. I have also gained valuable insights and skills from working in the automotive sector within the catalysts industry. My mission is to empower and support Falck and its clients to achieve their quality and QHSE goals and objectives, while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
