I’m a retired contractor with 40 years of experience in residential construction, from additions and simple renovations, to restoring 100 year old homes in historic districts, to ground up new construction of apartments, subdivision homes, and Million dollar custom homes. Skills include Forming, concrete work, masonry, framing, plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, drywall, finish carpentry, doors and windows, siding, roofing, cabinetry, and tile, I have expert level skills in all of these areas. Most of my experience has come as a self-employed contractor, and I can run work on any kind of project from window and door replacement, to complete renovation including elevation changes. I specialize in many things, but the one that has really stood out to many professional people is door replacements and modifications.
