My track record of 19 years in the staffing industry has always been consistently high. I am an authentic, enthusiastic, driven and engaging leader with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and focus on results. My major fields of expertise are (team) leadership, change management and performance management. I love establishing true dialogue with my team members, co-workers and business partners, leading to mutual involvement.
