About Tori Foster

I recently graduated from the University of Missouri- St. Louis. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Media Studies and minoring in digital marketing communication while pursuing a Public Relations Certificate. My anticipated graduation date is August 2021 and my GPA is 3.8. I want to gain any kind of experience in the broadcasting or public relations field since I aspire to become a broadcast journalist and public relations, practitioner. I am working at Yardbarker as a Sports New Editor and the UMSL Alumni Tellfund as a student caller representative. I am the treasurer of the Public Relations Student Society of America chapter at UMSL. I was a sports editor at the UMSL Current Newspaper for a year and five months. I just joined the Student Electronic Media Professionals' Association organization. I have a sports and entertainment radio show every Thursday from 11-12 p.m. It's an hour-long show. Currently, I am looking for a company that I can learn new skills and grow in personal development. I am an experienced writer with a demonstrated history of working in the newspaper industry. I am a media and communication professional skilled in Microsoft Word, Public Speaking, Journalism, Organizational Leadership, and Blogging. During my free time, I like to go to the mall, shopping, and getting my nails done. I also love going to sporting events and watching games on television. Lastly, I love listening to music and dancing because it's so relaxing for me.
