About Tori Smith

As a Human Resources Specialist, my passion is to do my part in ensuring our employees love coming to work everyday. I strive to create a work culture that is fun, inclusive, and engaging. I'm always open to new ideas to make the work place fun, and am constantly coming up with new activities and competitions to keep up employee engagement. I try to be a safe space for employees who need support, encouragement, or even just a listening ear. With me, it's always a judgement free zone (sorry, Planet Fitness)! My background in recruiting has shaped my interpersonal skills. I enjoy meeting new people and making new connections by attending job fairs and networking events. As a Penn State alumni, I have learned what it means to have passion in what you do and how teamwork makes the dreamwork. There is no better way to get the job done than by doing it with a group of hardworking individuals. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, reading, plants, cooking, and riding my motorcycle!
