About Tori Walker

I am one of the biggest energy nerds there is. I read Utility Dive more than social media. The words utility rate structure, grid modernization and duck curve excite me. I enjoy examining the technical, economic, political, psychological, and regulatory complexities of electricity in America and how it interconnects with climate change. Through my search for understanding, I have worked a vast array of jobs, from canvassing for Greenpeace, to talking to coal miners about climate change in Appalachia, and finally to producing price forecasts for customers in CAISO. No matter what project I am working on, I am a problem solver at heart, and I will always be thinking about how to solve the largest problem there is; climate change and transitioning our energy sector.
