I always liked to problem solve and come up with a happy resolution for everyone involved. That is the mindset I have every time I encounter customers or stakeholders throughout my career. I think it is important to understand the entire scope of a problem or company in order to fully provide the optimal solution to whatever inquire a customer may have. I want to be precise and detailed oriented in my communication to all stakeholders in order to provide the best service as well as find best practices for optimalization/streamlining. When I feel like I have a firm grasp on the role, I look to see how to scale improvements and to leverage new learnings from other departments to increase the user experience. Over my career, I have led several initiatives to enhance customer service experiences, better trainings for customer support as well as automate further development of best practices. My focus on concise dealings with customers with our vendor agents has resulted in increased help center engagement by20% and reduced number of tickets involving fraudulent users by 83%. I relay feedback from internal and external customers to create new work flows in dealing with fraudulent users. Outside of work, I am passionate about sports around the Bay Area especially the 49ers. Watching and playing sports has given me a routine and opportunity to grow and create new relationships in my life.
