I’m a positive and hardworking professional who thrives in collaborative environments, with extensive experience supporting proposals, marketing strategies, and internal operations within the renewable energy industry. In my current role at GridSME, I apply strong communication, coordination, and process management skills to support Business Development and People Operations, helping to drive efficient workflows and foster a positive company culture. With nearly two years contributing to proposal coordination and marketing campaigns, I’ve supported successful projects across our key practice areas, ensuring alignment with client needs while maintaining high quality standards. I’ve also played a key role in website design and digital presence management, including launching the GridSecurity website. I’m proficient with tools like Adobe Workspace, Monday.com, HubSpot, MailChimp, Duda, and I’m eager to expand my expertise with systems such as ADP and Replicon, along with training in AI policy applications to enhance business processes. Beyond my professional work, I’m passionate about lifelong learning and sustainability. I hold degrees in Sustainable Environmental Design and Spanish, and I enjoy gardening and landscape design for family and friends, tutoring Spanish, and reading about sustainable farming practices.
