I am a skier, water sports lover, constant explorer as well as interim professional resp. freelance specialist or executive, innovation and. transformation coach as well as an eternal learner. I am convinced that every corporate and organizational system can sustainably build more and new innovative strength, can use strengths in a more targeted and even more conscious way and should and must constantly (re)connect resources in order to master the necessary and desired continuous transformation. Until today, I love to explore, discover and develop, for my environment and for myself. For over 15 years, this has helped me to help internationally oriented and growth-oriented entrepreneurs, managers and specialists to transform the unknown, unfamiliar and new into opportunities, strategically in the corporate executive environment and operationally in management and specialist circles, often in 1:1 exchanges (sparring) and together in teams (e.g. workshops, coaching, programs, projects). We still hold ourselves back far too often, clinging to habits, sometimes unnoticed, relying on supposedly quick fixes and sticking to what is currently successful. I have had numerous points of contact and encounters with managing directors, managers, leaders and seasoned specialists and executives.
