As ResourceiT's General Manager, I am responsible for enabling the team to develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns and strategies to promote both ResourceiT and its clients’ businesses. ResourceiT plays a major role in enhancing technology businesses' brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. I am passionate about diversity and inclusion – running ResourceiT with culture at the heart of everything we do. I strongly believe that as a professional services business, having a happy, engaged and flourishing workforce delivers exceptional output for our clients. One of my career highlights has been winning CRN’s Channel Service Provider of the Year 2022, for our Marketing Agency! And the plethora of awards we’ve collected internally for our culture; 2nd Best Place to Work in the UK, Top 5 Best Places to Work in the UK for Women, Professional Services, and Wellbeing, IAMCP D&I Award, Basingstoke Employer of the Year. Outside of the B2B Digital Marketing world that I live in, I am on the Board of Trustees for my local Hospice, sitting in the marketing hotspot as the Chair of Income Generation I help the SLT strategize and plan income generation initiatives. A cause very close to my heart. Personally, I am a keen cook. As an ex-chef, cooking for friends and family is a passion of mine. I am also an animal lover and do anything and everything I can to help animals wherever I go.
