I coach busy professionals to transform their bodies through mindset, short, effective workouts (30min), and real world nutrition. Side effects include: increased confidence & energy while sleeping better and fitting into your power suit again! I want you to feel just as successful in your health as you do in your career! My favorite people to work with are women who feel as if they don't have time to exercise or don't like to exercise and are at a loss when it comes to cooking healthy meals that taste good. Female professionals have to juggle a lot between career, social events, community involvement as well as family and heaven forbid, personal time. Making the time to exercise and knowing that it doesn't have to take a long time to be effective allows you to have a stress reliever and keep you focused in your busy life. My clients want to feel more confident in their clothes and how they present themselves, yet don't want to diet or give up foods they enjoy. I also enjoy teaching them how to cook healthy, flavorful meals that are quick and easy so that they can feel confident cooking and eating for their goals in spite of their schedule. This saves time, money and calories! I have been a full time coach in the fitness industry since 2004.
