About Toye Martindale

Welcome! My name is Toye Martindale and I’m the President and Co-founder of the Preferred Client Group. The Preferred Client Group is a specialized group of fiduciaries that has developed a federally compliant national banking platform that enables our partners’ clients to leverage their equity to enhance their overall financial position. We introduce agencies and their agents and FMO’s, IMO’s and Broker/Dealers and their Financial Advisors to an untapped pool of potential clients, provide financing for product purchases, marketing budgets to enhance brand visibility, and strategic guidance to assist with scenarios. Our Catalyst Program is a simple engagement, qualification, and introduction 'Plug-In' that enables insurance agents and Financial Advisors to easily introduce and assess equity-based wealth strategies, including life, health, and income protection products. One Simple Question™ at the end of a traditional client meeting will quickly qualify a client’s interest and ability, determine the approximate value of the money available, and introduces the client to a personal bank Concierge. Our Catalyst programs are built on a foundation of regulatory compliance. We've worked closely with legal experts to develop safeguards and firewalls that protect against conflicts of interest and ensure proper oversight.
