About Tracee Lontoc

Care. Compassion. Respect. These are my guiding principles while I strive towards my goal of helping individuals reach their best hearing ability. Because I truly believe hearing is one of the greater enjoyments in life. After obtaining an English degree, I worked in sales, marketing, and retail management. Here, I acquired an important set of skills that allow me to work well with customers. Those skills are the ability to understand and empathize with them, which enables me to build valuable and personable relationships. As a Hearing Instrument Specialist, I am able to connect with customers and give them back that beautiful part of life, sound. I understand these instruments may be intimidating at first, but I want to help them see the opportunity that is upon them. I am astonished by the technology available to the world today, and I want others to see (or hear) that too.
