Tracey has decades of IT experience, and now focuses primarily on technical writing, and the creation and delivery of training courses at all levels – in person, remotely and via video creation. She began her career as a programmer in 1990, and moving on to handle roles encompassing software development and expert technical support, education and documentation, UK and international presales and consultancy, as well as business and technical analysis. With over twenty years of experience in technical training and documentation work, Tracey is reliable, professional and highly articulate with an eye for detail, self-composed and comfortable in live or remote client-facing environments. She has a warm and engaging educational delivery style, natural and fluid in person or on camera, with clear and internationally easy to understand narration. Organised, thorough and meticulous, she is highly self-motivated, with an aptitude for identifying and conceptualising systems, interactions and relationships plus both the desire and the determination to improve and enhance whatever may be encountered. Already equipped with good background knowledge in the betting/gaming and insurance/reinsurance industries, she is a fast learner with good overall technical ability. Tracey writes well-structured, coherent and easily-comprehensible prose and is skilled in both extracting information from personnel at all levels, and in passing on her acquired knowledge to others in a personable and friendly manner. Tracey has great natural presence, offering skills in voiceover and narration, as well as acting and presentation capabilities for TV and video, plus an extensive character modelling portfolio. She is also a skilled craftswoman, specialising mainly in custom pyrography work on wood and leather, trading as Scorch's Pyrography.
