With over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, I have established myself as a skilled and reliable professional with a proven track record of building lasting relationships with clients. As a relationship builder, I excel in maintaining organized approaches to complete tasks and communicating effectively to meet client needs. I have gained extensive knowledge and experience in needs-based, consultative selling and have earned multiple licenses and registrations, including notary, insurance, and securities, to better serve my clients. Currently, I am a Senior Operations Specialist at Osaic, where I utilize my expertise in CRM systems, Pershing and NFS systems, and transaction processing to support advisors as their broker dealer in one of the nation's largest financial advisor firms. I also serve as a subject matter expert, mentoring and training new associates on tasks. As a former branch manager and team leader, I have developed and mentored teams of 5-7 associates, sharpening their skills to manage a book of business to meet goals while fostering an inclusive environment within the team. I have extensive knowledge in all aspects of consumer and business lending, with a specific focus on home equity loans and home equity lines.
