Change is the one certainty that we will all face, and I take pride in my ability to display the highest degree of professionalism and exceptional assistance to transitioning military service members and families. I’ve had the privilege of facilitating over 300 three-day career readiness courses for service members transitioning to the civilian workforce at military locations nationwide, working with classrooms of up to 75 participants. I provide real-world insights, practical tools, and guidance to help individuals make informed career decisions, drawing on proven job search strategies and the latest industry hiring trends. Encouraging adult learners to broaden and sometimes reconsider their viewpoints can be challenging. My ability to identify skill gaps and learning needs, combined with innovative, forward-thinking, and practical training methodologies, enables me to guide learners effectively through this process. I have led in-person and blended training sessions and developed curricula based on thorough needs assessments and feedback. This approach has allowed me to help hundreds of individuals find rewarding employment. It takes a dedicated professional to help others discover and cultivate their hidden talents, and I have consistently done that. I connect individuals with the resources and opportunities they need to excel.
