Tracey Canavin is Manager, R&D Education & Development for Johnson and Johnson, a certified Project Management Professional, and North America Women’s Leadership & Inclusion (WLI) Pillar Lead. Tracey has been working in the learning and development field in the healthcare space for 5+years and her areas of expertise include: instructor led training, content delivery, adult learning methodology, new product development, project management, and change management. She is a collaborative problem solver who takes a systematic and participant-centered approach to training. Tracey leads a team skilled at partnering with subject matter experts to analyze, design, and develop innovative solutions to enable business performance. Tracey also has over a decade of experience successfully managing global, cross-functional product development projects from product conception to market launch. Tracey holds a B.A. from West Chester University in Communication Studies and Master Certificate in Applied Project Management – Healthcare and ATD Adult Learning Certificate.
