About Tracey Cumbers

With over 35 years of experience in the health and community sector specialising in areas of pathology, acute trauma, home care and disability. my speciality is in the recruitment of carers, nurses and management for the Not for Profit Clients, Aged Care, Hospitals as well as private clients. Across my various roles within Randstad, I have worked in all areas of recruitment including Temporary, Fixed Term Contract and International Permanent roles and thus have a broad experience within the Health & Community Care and Not for Profit sectors. My role as National Client Solution Manager saw me heavily involved in the development of our business across the health, community care and NFP sectors for Randstad and I am instrumental in tendering for, securing, rolling out and account managing many preferred supplier agreements. My previous role as Assessment and Service Delivery Manager had me heavily involved in client and contract negotiations, design and service delivery of projects ranging from volume recruitment to selection and assessing of current employees. My latest project was leading a team of recruiters at Ausgrid providing support through an onsite model via Randstad for the Workforce Transition Project.
