I’m a change management consultant with over 25 years of experience helping organizations navigate complex transitions. My work spans technology (ERP, Workflow Management, HRIS, etc.) implementations, AI adoption, leadership development, leading the learning function, and organizational design. I focus on making change practical and sustainable. That means aligning the right stakeholders early, building clear communication plans, and designing learning that supports real behavior change. I believe that Change Management is both a science and an art. I use structured frameworks like ADKAR and Lean Change, but I rely just as much on experience. I’ve worked across industries, like finance, healthcare, higher education, workforce development, and non-profit organizations, and I’ve learned that every change is different. I tailor my approach to fit the organization, the people, and the moment. I work well in environments that are evolving, complex, or uncertain. Whether supporting a national rollout or advising on a leadership transition, I help teams move forward with clarity and purpose.
