About Tracey Day

As CIMA qualified FD / CFO, I steer financial direction, specialising in startups and scale up agencies across experiential and digital marketing, creative, PR and TV industries. I rely on my expertise in statutory reporting and strategic financial management to guide companies through tough financial challenges. My skills in GAAP, budgeting, and cash flow management, along with rigorous strategic analysis and presentation of financial data to the Board, ensure informed decision-making and adherence to the highest accounting standards. I prioritise clear communication, problem solving and empowering teams to excel within tight deadlines and budgets. By collaborating closely with stakeholders and translate intricate financial concepts for non-financial leadership I have contributed to the sustainable growth and operational excellence of every company I have worked for. I have 20+ years of working for startups, SMEs and group companies. I have developed a strong affinity for startups and SMEs, and I am committed to empowering small and medium sized enterprises to achieve their goals and realize their full potential in the ever-changing media industry.
