I earned my Accredited Community Manager (ACM) certification from the Manufactured Housing Education Institute (MHEI) in May 2022, affirming my dedication to industry standards and excellence. As a Certified Training Professional (certified in December 2019), I excel in designing and delivering innovative training programs that foster high-performing teams and positive work environments. I specialize in utilizing advanced tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Articulate, Camtasia, and Vimeo to create engaging learning content, while leveraging leading Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Rent Manager eLearning, Voyager eLearning, and LearnDash. My technical proficiency extends to the Microsoft Office Suite, enabling seamless execution of training, reporting, and management tasks. Complementing my technical skills is my strong background in instructional strategy, further supported by my participation in the Fred Pryor Train the Trainer Seminar. I am passionate about leveraging my creativity and expertise to drive organizational growth, team development, and operational excellence within the MHC industry.
