Many high-achieving Black women are living with workplace/corporate, childhood, racial, generational, relationship trauma. I am able to support my clients because I am no different than them. I have been through almost every kind of trauma & pain anyone can imagine- had mother wounds because my mother couldn't connect with & nurture me. STILL I RISE- I had Daddy issues, too! He was wounded in Vietnam & came back hooked on morphine. His street drug of choice was heroin. STILL I RISE- My 1st love 'drug' a sister, literally & figuratively. I endured his abuse & infidelity for 20 years. STILL I RISE! My clients come to be because they are ready to take back their power to create & life their best life. As they put in the work, they learn how to- Live with self-love, self-worth, and self-respect by recognizing & debunking limiting beliefs- Stop the comparison trap and celebrate what is uniquely you- Learn how to give themselves grace & self-compassion- Use their voice to create, implement and maintain healthy boundaries- Be unapologetic for being who you are as a Black woman- Embrace assertiveness to ask for what they want- and so, so much more!
