About Tracey Hammond
Most of my professional experience comes from working with adults with developmental disabilities. I worked my way from a part time camp counselor for adults with disabilities, to Director of Support Services at Capitol Care, Inc. By far this is one of the most rewarding aspects of my life and I look forward to refining my skills in client relations, administration and overall business concepts. I have found that my education in psychology from Rowan University has prepared me as a lead professional in the field. I look forward to continuing to serve my community.
