Summary: I am a Senior Executive for a fast-growing European real estate company. With a wealth of executive and board advisory experience, I provide strategic oversight and direction to drive commercial expansion, strengthen partnerships and achieve better workplaces for all. Currently, as Sales Director for an award-winning European real estate company, I train, coach, mentor and lead teams to expand a fast-growing international market presence. I am very fortunate that I love what I do: leveraging opportunities, gaining the respect and support of colleagues, and expertly resolving client issues to increase satisfaction and mitigate risk. My career started clearing Refco commodity trades in the 80’s, where I quickly progressed to London International Financial Futures Exchange (LIFFE) yellow jacket and open outcry Trader roles, before leading an extremely busy Bund Options desk. I then transitioned to ABN-AMRO in 1996 and brokered £MM Options. Enjoyable as City finance work was, I was keen to expand my professional horizons and accepted a key business development role with Barclays Bank in where I coached, developed and mentored regional branch managers. Having relocated to France, I joined Leggetts in 2003. Over the next 15 years, I was instrumental in transforming the company from a modest real estate agency to €MM business with diverse property portfolio, team of 50 office staff, and 500+ sales agents. Having built a stable, highly successful sales team, I felt ready for a fresh challenge and joined Beaux Villages Immobilier in 2019. Outside of work, I enjoy experiencing new cultures and have been lucky enough to travel to unique and fascinating places – Jordan and Bethlehem were particularly memorable! I am presently exploring NED advisory roles. I am also interested in starting conversations with those who want to know how to scale their business and combine organisational investment to achieve happy, productive teams that feel valued.
