About Tracey Kibet

I am a self-starter and a highly motivated individual, and I believe I would make a great asset to any company.I completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration while working full time with the State of Tennessee in Accounting and Finance in 2015. I also have a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with double emphasis in Marketing and Management. I am a life-long learner, continuously in pursuit of knowledge for personal and professional development.My experience includes business administration, accounting, finance, tax, auditing, and IT accounting. I am currently a Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Auditor at Davita Inc, a Fortune 500 healthcare company. In my two years of experience at DaVita, I have mastered great skills pertaining to risk assessment in internal control processes within a large corporation, leadership, communication, relationship building, and project management. Prior to working for Davita, I worked for the State of TN for four years, where I was promoted four times. In my experience in State Government, I mastered organization, technical, attention to detail, communication, and customer service skills.
