About Tracey McTernaghan

I can create miracles … by the start of 2025 I have spent nine years facilitating a transformational journey within the health sector of Northern Ireland. In addition to this, I am a member of the training team who launched Project ECHO Partner Launch Training within the UK. Project ECHO, is a tele-mentoring large-scale digital change programme that underpins service transformation, working collaboratively by sharing knowledge, skills and best practice. Partner Launch Training, is a 3-day programme during which teams learn how to integrate Project ECHO methodology within their organisation. In the last 5 years, working collaboratively with our UK Project ECHO Superhubs we have trained over 70 organisations. The magic I bring as a Programme Manager is that I take a vision, plan its implementation, lead on the delivery of the programme within the timeframe, with the allocated resources and on budget, something many promise few deliver. I am passionate about transforming the delivery of patient/client services. I love bringing the parts of the jigsaw together and how collectively they bring the spark to co-design and co-create a new vision to support change in our healthcare systems. I have a clear purpose, drive and tenacity to deliver in a variety of sectors. My talents include the scaling of multi-layered initiatives, driving change and service improvement forward, leading and communicating with a compassionate person-centred approach. I work collaboratively to co-create and co-design programmes with stakeholders and the team members that I work with. I get so much satisfaction seeing a programme be delivered successfully, on time and watching those who contribute be empowered in their work.
