Qualified (FCIPD, Prince 2 and APMG Change Management) commercially focussed HR Consultant and Business Partner with extensive experience in Transformation and Change Management across public, private and global organisations. Focussed on prioritising a people-centric approach and recognising the importance of achieving lasting results and performance improvement. Cultivates a collaborative and positive approach for organisations who want to bring their people on the journey. Significant experience of restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, systems Implementation and Process Re-engineering, Engagement and Communications, Target Operating Model development, Organisational Change and Outsourcing gained within both public and private sector organisations with the UK and globally. In recent years, I have also supported smaller organisations who have grown rapidly and now need the People infrastructure to support their future growth strategy. I recently led the implementation of Dynamics 365 HR employees), procurement of a new LMS (Kallidus) and supported the development of a People dashboard. I have also implemented Personio HR for a small business of 35 employees. In addition, I am a Member of the Board of Governors at a local Grammar school. Prior to that I was a Governor there for four years, two of which in the role of Vice Chair. In my role as a Governor, I was the HR lead and Link Governor for Careers. I supported senior level recruitment, internal appeals and lead the Headteacher review. This work provides me with great insight into the academic sector and allows me to use my HR skills to support strategic decision making. My strengths lie in using my broad HR expertise to deliver people centred change. I work with organisations going through rapid transformation who want to bring their people on the journey.
