I am an accomplished Senior Meeting Planner in the pharmaceutical/medical device space and have the expertise in all areas of meeting planning to deliver successful meetings exceeding stakeholder expectations. MEETING MANAGEMENT: The ability to take meeting requirements and orchestrate all of the moving parts to deliver a successful meeting is what I do best! I have a passion for managing the process from developing meeting materials and managing all pre-meeting registration activities including registration web site development to selecting the right location and venue that offers all of the meeting spaces needed while staying within stakeholder budgets. All pre-meeting preparations pay off in dividends during the meeting implementation. PROJECT MANAGEMENT: I am skilled in motivating complex, cross-functional project teams to meet all deliverables of a project and maximize profits by delivering projects on time. COMMUNICATIONS: Communicating with business partners and development teams, I bridge the gap between business needs and technical results. MOTIVATING: I thrive working on complex projects and corporate projects and enjoy motivating the project team to successfully completing meeting deliverables by bringing out their best. MARKETING: Developing marketing collateral, success stories, social media campaigns and communications play to my strong creative skills and the ability to communicate succinctly and effectively. VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Driving vendors and fostering relationships to build strong alliances is my specialty. VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT: Recruiting and leading volunteers is a passion of mine. Creating returning volunteers comes easily to me. I know how to seek them out and encourage them to give from their hearts. ENERGY: Finding another person who matches my energy and my positive, polished demeanor will be a challenge. My glass is always half full and the other half isn’t far behind.
