About Tracey Natapradja

With over 10 years at VDX.tv, I’ve had the unique opportunity to grow alongside a company that's constantly evolving much like the digital landscape itself. Starting from a deep foundation in both digital and traditional print media, I’ve developed a well-rounded view of the advertising ecosystem, with a strong focus on omnichannel strategy and client success.I’m data driven by nature, commercially minded, and always thinking a few steps ahead. Whether it’s delivering results for clients, uncovering new opportunities, or shaping innovative campaign strategies, I thrive at the intersection of creativity and analytics.Over the past three years, I’ve stepped into a leadership role mentoring a talented team, driving collaboration, and championing a culture of growth. I’m passionate about people, performance, and progress and I'm always looking forward to what's next.Let’s connect if you’re interested in digital innovation, customer-first strategy, or just a good conversation about where the industry is headed.
