About Tracey Rickman

I recently marked 20 years in the optical industry, and my passion for eye care has continued to grow throughout my career.I currently work in a dual clinical and leadership role as an Optometrist and Assistant Practice Manager at EyeQ Optometrists, where I have been providing care to the local Subiaco community and surrounds for over 14 years.Alongside my clinical responsibilities, I support the day-to-day operations of the practice, including team coordination, workflow management, and maintaining a consistently high standard of patient care.I have a strong interest in contact lenses, myopia control, and orthokeratology. As a mother who is also mindful of myopia development in my own children, I am passionate about making a meaningful difference in my community by helping to slow the progression of poor vision in future generations.
