I have acquired over 30 years knowledge of Service, Sales, Projects and Contract life cycles, working for small to large companies, re-seller’s, manufacturing, suppliers and vendors, which I thrive on and enjoy thoroughly. I pride myself on having quality organisation skills, being tenacious, enthusiastic and methodical with every job I do. Highly self-motivated, works well under pressure, a natural forward planner with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality administration. Strong process driven in end to end projects, analytical, meticulous, efficient, flexible and diverse to work across many areas of business. Achievement in heading up the Project Co-ordination for Microsoft Security Team currently for 2024, Cyber Assurance Team in 2023, and Cloud Professional Team in 2020, along side Network Security Team. Bringing them all inline to our current Technical workflow practises, building up the Project support procedures to a high level and set standards across the Security Consulting Team. Actively producing good practices and coordination, for service delivery are being supported through out end to end. Handing over the Cyber and Cloud Teams to new co-ordinators to help manage and support. Working as a Team or Solo to provide a high level of project co-ordination across multiple teams, working with or alongside Customer, Sales, Service Support, Project Management and Operations. Delivering with 16 Consultants scheduling, Project trackers, Reports, Service Delivery, SLA’s, and Data analysing and assessments. Experience with SmartInfo, Sales Logic, Prince2 foundation. 20 years in Security Hardware, Software, Support and Project services with Check Point, Force Point, Varonis, Palo Alto, Netskope, Microsoft Copilot, Pen Testing etc. 11 years in Printing, UV bulbs, Reel Stands, Dryers, Papers and Canvas's.
