I am good friend who loves my family and exploring the world making new friends. In my quiet time a good book opens my curiosity to learn more. Acts of kindness and words of affirmation are my top love language. I am a highly motivated person with over 20 years of experience in non-profit work with a significant focus on fundraising, volunteer management and engagement. I possess a rich history in leadership, both within my professional career and in the community. Relationships are critical to my success, both professionally and personally; teamwork and valuing others are very important to me also. I have worked in leadership capacities including training, mentoring, diversity and inclusion. I effectively communicate both oral and written, great customer service both internal and external, partnership engagement ( community and corporate), public speaking, volunteer management, volunteer engagement, partnership development, event planning and logistics. My professional and personal experiences are filled with stories of personal effectiveness from adapting to changing environments, helping others navigate through challenging circumstances and learning from difficult situations. I have taken advantage of every opportunity to grow and positively to influence others.
