Responsible for all aspects of program development, from initial design using general specifications to full implementation, documentation, and support. Experience in construction planning and scheduling, project organization and control, and interfacing with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, construction managers and contractors. Work has involved all phases of managing a project, including, proposals, presentations, administrative correspondence, construction inspections, design and constructability review, preparation of contract documents, proposal review, selection of contractors, consultants and vendors. Also very knowledgeable regarding project valuation, project oversight and providing accurate assessments of project costs and schedule, thus keeping clients apprised of the project status.
