About Tracey Sohner

I’m an Assistant Director in Higher Education with a passion for building inclusive, coaching-driven student support programs that promote academic success, confidence, and long-term growth. I lead tutoring and academic success coaching services through a lens of accessibility, equity, and whole-student development. My approach is both strategic and deeply personal—I enjoy designing systems that empower peer leaders, improve retention, and evolve with student needs. I bring experience in staff supervision, assessment, and cross-campus collaboration, and I’m especially drawn to creating training frameworks that help student employees thrive. Currently expanding my leadership portfolio in preparation for future Learning Center Director roles, I also serve as an Alumni Advisor for Delta Chapter, mentoring student leaders and fostering values-based community. If you're looking for a leader who can align mission with execution—while never losing sight of the human impact—I’d love to connect.
