About Tracey Spinelli

Much of my professional career has been focused on helping and supporting others. For nearly a decade, I have been working in the non-profit sector at CORA Services, Inc. I’m currently serving as a counseling supervisor in our school services division; our school counselors are placed in non-public K-12 schools in and around the Philadelphia area. My primary responsibilities include providing guidance and supervision to counseling staff regarding student case scenarios and crisis situations, training and developing new staff, effectively managing a designated team of counselors, and initiating and maintaining collaborative relationships with colleagues as well as various school personnel. My previous work in direct service spanned across a multitude of settings, including schools, homes, and outpatient and inpatient levels of care, serving diverse populations and addressing issues related to trauma, race, culture, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, and lower socioeconomic status. As a school counselor, I assisted children and adolescents in learning essential skills to foster healthy development in the areas of social, emotional, personal and career growth. For the past two years, I have also been working as an Assistant Coach/Recruiting Coordinator for the Women’s Lacrosse Program at Bryn Athyn College. Go Lions!
