About Traci Larsen

With over 14 years of experience in digital platform distribution, I am a passionate and innovative leader who drives strategic opportunities and operational efficiencies for Fremantle, one of the world's largest and most successful creators, producers, and distributors of television content. I manage a division that focuses on delivering high-quality and engaging content to global EST/VOD clients, including Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and Apple. As part of my role, I have developed and executed sustainable plans for distribution to both international broadcast partners and OTT platforms, leveraging my expertise in new media, video distribution, and process improvement. I have also been involved in various projects that aim to increase the visibility and monetization of our online catalog, such as building out our FAST channel delivery strategy, creating an internal distribution channel, and participating in an advisory panel for consolidating and organizing our digital inventories and systems. I enjoy collaborating with multiple departments and external partners to streamline workflows, negotiate pricing, and optimize profit margins. My goal is to contribute to the growing digital presence in the ever-evolving and competitive media landscape.
