About Traci Maddox

I am an adventurer. Whether I'm hiking the 500-mile Colorado Trail, bicycling across North America, or helping client businesses succeed, I want to bring value and creativity into the workplace! I started my career as a computer scientist. My love of the "big picture" and strategy led me to program management-big, complex systems with people as the backbone. As a program manager, my passion for motivating people and leading them to their best performance would be my legacy. I started my own business in 2002 and began helping people and organizations reach their peak! Along the way, I achieved my certification in Co-Active coaching and use that training and all my accumulated experience to coach executives and facilitate groups. My next adventure? Author and speaker. My first book was based on research, but is written as a novel It's about the five key behaviors that make employees essential in the workplace."The Essential Employee"​ is my vehicle to help all entry-level employees reach their peak. In 2013 I decided to join the corporate world to see if my influence and reach could be even bigger. After almost 3 years at IBM, my newest adventure is with SAP-I am helping customers journey to the intelligent enterprise using innovation and technology, and am one of our resident experts on the Future of Work. Let's see where this adventure takes me!
