My career has comprised of Strategy Strategic Sales, Operations and Business Leadership, Human Resources and Organisational Development & Learning and Sale Executive and Business leader roles in the financial services as a leader, employee and a consultant. I have extensive experience in business-to-consumer and business-to-business models, general banking, change management, consumer and business finance, human resources and people & culture along with consulting. I have high level understanding and experience in strategic Sales, Change Management both people and technology/digital Transformation, HR, High Performance, Compliance and Regulatory requirements, Operations and Planning; along with leadership, coaching and as a Master Facilitator, able to train small to large diverse teams both remotely and directly. Other skills include project management, change management design and delivery, business communications, business development, marketing and identifying new opportunities and strategies for growth. My style of working can be both structured and flexible allowing me to adaptable, agile to fast changing environments.
