About Traci Moore

My key attributes are - that I maintain a positive attitude and I seek the good in difficult situations. I am always willing to learn new skills and assist team members whenever needed. My background also includes Administrative Duties, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 2010, Customer Service Skills, Inside Sales/Retail Sales, and computer skills. While working as an office manager for a non-profit organization that was strictly funded by generous donors, I wore many hats such as: a community liaison, purchased all needed materials for the center throughout the year, dealt with individuals and the public during moments of crisis, organizing profitable golf tournaments, implemented effective ways to fund raise that increased the operating budget, grant writing, and oversaw a small staff of state placement workers. Because of the nature of the business, I had to use creative/out of the box ideas in order to keep the pregnancy center in the community’s eye, to draw in additional donors. I am responsible and organized, with attention to detail. I possess the ability to effectively communicate, present ideas, initiate cold calls, and speak in public settings. I promise that I will use my customer service skills, administration and my people skills to increase customer satisfaction, while establishing strong ties with the current customers, and build solid working relations with new customers. My sales experience includes selling repossessed items, which is an area I excelled in. I developed business relationships with current buyers, located new buyers and developed a relationship with them, while keeping previous buyers apprised of their bids, as well as current inventory. Within a short time, I was able to sell over $103k worth of inventory, including items others were unable to succeed in selling. I went above and beyond what was needed to help my customers, including assisting with domestic and international shipping.
