About Tracy Barnabas

Beaumont Home Care was founded after seeing a need for outstanding care within the Essex community for adults and the elderly and for those with complex care needs. I began my career in 1989 working within Personnel, of Human Resources (HR) as it is now known, and started a rewarding 25-year journey in the world of HR and people management. Throughout my career, the area where I have had the most passion and enjoyment is in employee engagement and people management. This is where my knowledge and experience is utilised to ensure that not only is Beaumont Home Care strategically managed to meet our mission but that our employees (who are at the heart of our company) are recruited with the same values and ethos, and are trained, fully qualified, engaged, knowledgable and above all feel happy and fulfilled in their role and chosen career.
