Experienced Programs Manager and Training Specialist with demonstrated performance specializing in worksite wellness, safety, employee training and development. I am committed to empowering organizations and the people who drive them towards optimal well-being, satisfaction, growth, and productivity. I am dedicated, energetic, an intuitive leader, who is motivated by goals and achievements. I am a forward thinker, quick learner, strategic planner, with an outstanding ability to multitask and engage people. My expertise includes program design and management, team building, data analysis and interpretation. I enjoy generating new ideas and devising feasible solutions to broadly relevant problems. My colleagues would describe me as a driven, resourceful individual who maintains a positive, proactive attitude when faced with adversity. Currently, I’m seeking opportunities in Program Management or Training and Development focusing on Workplace Safety, which will allow me to utilize my talents and skills towards the creation of an enthusiastic, safe, and engaged workforce. On a personal note, I am driven by goals and achievements. I am a five-time Boston Marathon qualifier, sub 12 hour Ironman triathlete, and bring that same level of commitment, passion, and drive to all things I endeavor. I consider my biggest personal accomplishment (aside from my beautiful children) to be the creation of the Avery Ranch Redfish Swim Team; the privilege of introducing all the wonderful gifts swimming provides to my community, has been one of the greatest joys of my life.
