About Tracy Beer

My professional goals include working with children and families who may be struggling in schools or with the school system. I have worked with a wide variety of different cultures, and family dynamics in a non judgmental and supportive way. My goal is to help children and families learn to be self supportive, and direct their increase of quality of life. Every child and family is unique and I want to work along side them to be a supportive, encouraging team player Professional skills include team player, strong work ethic, works well with others, yet can work independently, self motivated, confident, honest, and flexible. I am always learning and wanting to learn best practices through the social work community. Feedback is important clinically and personally. Personal skills include organized, time management, positive attitude, prioritize duties, obligations and deadlines. Flexible in schedule both personal and professional, caring, empathetic team player
