I’m a driven and values-oriented leader with the breadth of knowledge and experience to take a holistic approach to cracking open business issues and challenging entrenched thinking. My expertise lies in cutting through complexity and developing strategic initiatives to transform operational practices and pave the way for continuous improvement, making sure everyone involved is excited to come along on the ride. I was honoured to be the winner of the IASPA MBA Strategy Award 2023 after being nominated by the university during my MBA studies. I have a passion for purpose-driven organisations that support personal growth and values and have built a reputation as someone who has an intuitive, nimble, reasoned approach to creating successful outcomes. My natural curiosity and love for adventure lead me to try ‘all the things’. Not only does this make life fun, it keeps me grounded and adds new experiences and perspectives that continue to stretch my thinking. The strong connection I share with animals has by chance given me a side hustle in recent years training my dog to star in TV adverts for the likes of Nintendo, Lotto and Catch. That's not something I ever thought I'd do.
