I am director of marketing for Modera Wealth Management, a fee-only registered investment advisor (RIA) firm with over $11.4 billion in managed assets as of Oct. Modera provides investment management, financial planning, tax planning, trust services and business retirement services to more than 4,700 families and businesses in 16 offices across the east coast. I have five years of technology expertise working at IBM and Lenovo, three years of experience in the online media sector and three years at an agency leading creative for B2B and tech clients like 3M, Facebook, Rackspace and others. I have launched two entrepreneurial businesses: Innovative Interactivity, a multimedia blog acquired by UNC Chapel Hill, and Reportory, a news aggregation platform where I received a $20k fellowship with University of Missouri to test user adoption and preferences around personalization, which was published by The International Journal of Business Research and Information Technology (IJBRIT) in the fall of 2017. I graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 2012 with the School's first MBA/MSIS, where I studied General Management at Kenan-Flagler Business School (ranked 19th by US News & World Report) and Human-Computer Interaction in the School’s Information Science program (ranked 1st by US News & World Report). I graduated with a multimedia degree from UNC’s School of Journalism and Mass Communication.
