About Tracy Breazeale

Working in the financial services sector has prepared me well for my role as an Operations Specialist at MD Solutions, which is in the forefront of providing professional services for Advent Software Axys and Advent Portfolio Exchange (APX) as well as other platforms. MD Solutions was the first certified partner for so I came into MD Solution’s environment with the opportunity to increase my skill base and gain professional experience in the sector. The cofounders have worked in both the financial industry and as FinTech consultants so they have been both the client and the vendor, offering a unique perspective. I found MD Solutions ready to take on challenges their clients face using an arsenal of services that other financial tech service providers don’t have available. After 12 years, they offer full-service supports—what we call the 4C’s: Consulting Co-Sourcing Custom Engineering Continuing Education MD Solutions also provides a great working environment and opportunities to enhance skills. I was able to attend a Fred Pryor business training seminar, and we have access to online Fred Pryor classes that help boost our skills. In addition, we do internal cross training that adds to our understanding of the company’s processes, enabling us to help our clients maximize their financial technology investment.
