About Tracy Brylewski

Senior education strategist, EdTech innovator, and humanitarian program leader with over 20 years of experience advancing equitable access to education across corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors. I founded English for Success (EFS) in 2002 with a dual mission: to deliver customized workplace English and professional training for global industries and to create pathways for underserved learners through scalable, humanitarian education models. Over the years, EFS evolved from on-site corporate programs into a fully online platform, delivering inclusive education for learners across Europe, Asia, North and South America. From aviation and healthcare to refugee resettlement and teacher training, we worked across sectors to design programs that uplift. Throughout the lifecycle of EFS, I balanced innovation and inclusion, developing English for Specific Purposes (ESP) curricula, embedding EdTech into scalable training models, and partnering with ministries, nonprofits, international publishers, and humanitarian organizations to expand access. When learners couldn’t afford courses, we adapted. When teachers needed training, we empowered them. My focus was always on impact. I’ve represented institutions at global conferences, embassies, and multilateral forums; led cross-sector partnerships with Ministries of Education and content providers; aligned learning initiatives with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Department of Education and Accreditation standards; and translated policies into accessible, learner-centered programming. Today, I serve as Strategic Advisor to EFS while stepping fully into a mission-aligned role with a global humanitarian or international development organization, where I can expand my impact on education equity, innovation, and opportunity for all.
